This takes place after the True Pacifist ending, when the monsters are trying to make their way down Mt. Ebott to the overworld with Frisk's help. In a strange way, sort of a story about monster refugees, in more than one sense. This was the first group to go down, so most of the characters (namely mettaton and napstablook) haven't finished preparing to come for the trek, yet. The 'main character' group is the one doing the scouting.
