But rightfully so. Even the original piece of it is a headbanger so it was a huge pleasure to finally shred this amazing piece of music. The rhythm guitars were pretty much set in stone on the original however I took it upon myself to diversify the parts as much as I could, I threw in a lot of little melodic passages here and there on the guitars to try and make it unique. Much like Toby's other compositions, the melodies are intricate and dance all over the fret board so even sticking to the original melody exactly is insanely challenging. I took it a step further though and added in some shred passages intertwined with the original melodies. I'm also really happy with my production on this particular cover, I think I'm starting to nail my re-amping tone (it's a new thing I've been doing instead of using software amps for tones).
