Yes, you can monetize it if you link to the original video/my channel and do the following: if you do a speed paint, an animation, a commentary/review video, writing your own lyrics or using my track as a backing instrumental for your song cover, use in a fan game (if it's for an original not related to a fan game, contact me first, you're going to need permission depending on the situation), or just for background music for a livestream. basically anything considered fair use and is transformative you're good to go!. Yes, but must provide links to the original song/my channel, and you cannot monetize it, if you: do nightcore mixes (aka speeding the track up or slowing it down), dual mixing (a mash-up) with another song, or extend the song to any amount of time. It's an absolute NO if you're going to: RE-UPLOAD MY WORK WITH A NEW TITLE OR PICTURE, even if it was used in a fan game or some other third party project you can't upload it, also you cannot monetize it, if I find ANY RE-UPLOADS OF MY WORK MONETIZED OR NOT I will be issuing a copyright/take down notice even if you credit, link or do a disclaimer. you also cannot just layer new instruments on top of my track and call it a new remix, I've had people laying on synths, drums and other instruments and claimed it was theirs without any links, so because of that it is NOT allowed. but taking inspiration is completely fine, like remaking a certain section I used in your own work.
